Is calculated by weight and distance at checkout
We have a 2 day turn around for processing and up to 7 business day for shipping. However, shipping can be delayed due to the post office. Please check tracking for updates on ETA.
Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your product to inspect and request a refund only if product has arrived damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return, you must send in pictures showing product has been damaged to anothershadeoflight@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to proceed.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions. We advise these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best burning experience.
Refunds will be automatically refunded back to the original payment method used with 7 business days. Please remember it can take longer depending on your bank.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not allow returns unless the incorrect product was received or product has arrived damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow returns on gift cards.
